Without a doubt Bono's is the worst BBQ in Gainesville. For whatever reason it is also the worst Bono's I've been to and that includes a couple in Jacksonville and one in St. Augustine. Service is bad, management is bad, the food is bad. I've been to this place twice, figuring the first time was a fluke, and both times were terrible experiences. Stay away.
