I am a fan of Crispers, which serves soup, sandwiches and salads in a cute fast-food setting. I love the Harvest Cobb, which is a nicely blended concoction of mixed herb lettuce, pears, sunflower seeds, turkey, dried cranberries, etc. They will have your salad ready to go if you call ahead for take-out, and the service is cheerful.
