Nah - just a jealous competitor making false allegations. No lawsuit - still in business - still going strong! :-)

No lawsuit - whole issue dropped by State. This was an attempt by a jealous competitor to destroy his competition. They're still there and still strong! :-)

My friends told about this place. Great ice cream that is healthier than most. I think the flavors are great, and they let you try them all if you want. They change daily so it's always something new. It's lower fat and carbs, but it's hard to tell. They have another store on 34th Street and Williston Road, so that's the one I go to the most.
