Despite their claim to be gourmet Southern, I find Flying Biscuit to be pretty basic. But, that's not so bad, especially when there are some good dinner options for ten dollars. In my three trips I've found the servers to be friendly, the service a bit on the slow side. My kids like the grilled macaroni and cheese side dish. I like that apple butter is served with the biscuits. Portions are generous, and everything we tasted was competent. This is a good value for the money, and the atmosphere is cute.
