We have been customers of wings and weenies for many years. Usually delivery and we are always satisfied. With that being said I must say what took place this weekend surprised me. We once again placed an order for delivery. when our food was delivered the girl told me that whomever took the order punched in $240.42 instead of $24.42. She assured me that the mistake was voided out and gave me both receipts. That was fine and I told her thank you for letting me know what had happened. Now its monday and I went online to check my bank account and the $240.42 was taken out of my account. So my husband called wings and weenies and they told us it will take 5 business days to get the $240.42 back into our account. This is one of our car payments and not just extra money we have laying around. I completely understand mistakes happen but I think the owner would have apologized himself or offered us something for this huge mistake and inconvenience. I will be very hesitant to give them my credit card again if we decide to continue ordering from them.
