There was a cockroach in our food and it was alive.when it was brought to the attention of the owner he never out to address the problemour the situation. I had to ask for him and when he finally came out he never said he was sorry our addressed the problem he was actually very rude me and family will never it there again.

I went in there for a cup of coffee and bagel "to go"...the OWNER was right there and none of the many employees were busy. I was told that they couldn't cut and butter the bagel...i had to do this myself back in my car? The OWNER (who will not be in business any longer) just smiled when I told him...if he thinks I am one customer...he is wrong. I just posted a message in my condo of over 400 people..."word of mouth" is that the owner doesn't even care.
